Terms AND cONDITIONS
INVOICE TO BE PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF THE WORKSHOP.
The workshop delivered may alter from the workshop advertised or booked. The content of the workshop can vary due to many factors. The workshop leader delivering the workshop is also subject to change.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the date of the workshop will be charged at the full amount quoted. Cancellations have to be made by emailing [email protected] and the cancellation must be confirmed by the company before the workshop has been successfully cancelled. If you do not receive confirmation of a cancellation, the booking is still live. Rather than cancel a booking outright, we may be able to reschedule the workshop for a different date, depending on our availability. The rescheduling must be done within the same school year as the booking in question.
The cost of replacing any equipment damaged by the school’s students or staff may be invoiced to the school, plus an administration fee of £30+VAT – the school accepts full responsibility for the care of Historic Workshop’s equipment whilst on the school’s premises. Our workshop leaders will always make safety their foremost concern, but we as a company take no responsibility for injuries that occur due to accidents that could have been avoided by school employees following advice and guidance from our detailed risk assessments which are sent to the school before the workshop is delivered.
These terms are accepted in their entirety by the school upon booking (unless otherwise stated in writing) within a seven-day cooling-off period (from the date that the confirmation of the booking was received).
